While the more obvious side of punk rock tends to be its discontent\, New York's Iron Chic use their melodic punk to evoke the genre's sense of community and oneness unlike any other. Formed in 2008\, the band cultivated a driving and infectious sound packed with so many singalong choruses and who-oh-ohs that it's hard not to want to dive in and be a part of the action. Pair a sound like that with songs whose lyrics tackle the disappointment\, angst\, and uncertainty of life\, and you have a virtual maelstrom of emotive and engaging punk reminiscent of bands like the Bouncing Souls.

After a 2 year break we're honored to have Diest's finest punk band gracing our stage again. These Groezrock / Crossbonefest legends are back for one night (one night only? - why take the risk) to entertain us with their signature brand of catchy as hell gruff punk in the veins of Off With Their Heads and Dear Landlord. Expect a whole lot of sing-a-longs\, fist-pumping and a hell of a good time. BYOC. (Bring Your Own Cara)

Long Island\, New York is a very spread out place\, but its' family tree of DIY punk bands has been weaving in & out for decades now. Adult Magic are one of the most recent bands in that long established tradition (featuring members of Iron Chic\, Broadcaster\, Sister Kisser\, Crow Bait\, Get Bent..) While very much a product of the Long Island scene\, their debut album owes as much to 90's alternative rock\, as it does to their DIY peers. Songs like Achin'\, Demotivation & Thru It All wouldn't sound out of place on MTV's 120 Minutes\, sandwiched between the latest Sugar and Superchunk singles (you're going to have to imagine the grainy video with the band rocking out in a garage and side story that makes absolutely no sense).
