Criminal Mind
Criminal Mind are a four piece punk band based in Bristol (UK). Inspired by 1977, UK82, DC Hardcore and 90's underground stake punk. They deliver an authentic Street Punk sound crossed with old school Hardcore and gritty Reggae edges .
With Radio airplay from Mike Davies BBC Radio 1 show as “young upstarts” and also have been given great reviews labelled as “the best unsigned punk band around” from Room Thirteen’s Jim Ody. Later the bands first release got great response from Big Cheese Magazine saying “Sterling first full-length album from Bristol street punks. This album could well be a stepping stone to greater things.” 3/5.
Criminal Mind have also played alongside of some great bands (Sham 69, Street Dogs & Cockney Rejects) to name a few and touring dates in 2009 in Czech Republic & Belgium. After completing a long awaited debut album, Criminal Mind’s four year wait had come around with the help from death or glory promotions.
The bands street punk ''debut album'' release became available from June 2012 courtesy of Death Or Glory Promotions and D.I.Y digital distribution. The band have toured UK Dates with the likes of U.K Subs and Ruts DC and have also acted as main support for bands such as G.B.H, and The Buzzcocks. From July 2014 the bands line up had changed bringing in new members.
In the bands opinion…the sound has progressed and we can’t wait for you to hear what's coming..2015 see's Criminal Mind touring Europe, the release of the second album entitled 'Life To Defend'.
